1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and man99 ("man99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the man99 website available at https://man99.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money Balance from a Player's Account to a designated payment method owned and verified by that Player.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process man99 may apply to any Account at any time.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The man99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. man99 will request identity and age verification documents where there is reasonable cause to do so, and may suspend or close any Account where the Player cannot satisfactorily confirm their age.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the man99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. man99 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to use the Platform.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register and operate only one (1) Account on man99. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and all Balances held therein being voided and forfeited.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of man99 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a player Account or participate in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To access real-money services on man99, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. man99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any unsolicited communication. You must notify man99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

man99 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by man99 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.4 Account Closure

Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings as a responsible gaming measure. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a seven (7) day cooling-off period. man99 may also apply platform-level deposit limits at its discretion.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your man99 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source under your lawful ownership, and that depositing these funds does not breach any applicable law. man99 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds and to suspend transactions pending satisfactory review.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

man99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within one (1) to three (3) business days of request approval. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. man99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are advised to check whether their chosen payment provider applies any receiving fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

For the prevention of fraud and money laundering, withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, man99 may request documentation to verify an alternative payment method before processing.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

man99 reserves the right to suspend or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, review of betting patterns, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is suspended, man99 will notify the Player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by man99 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus conditions set out in this section apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; wagers placed with Bonus Funds themselves do not accumulate contribution toward their own requirement unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered to eligible players at man99's sole discretion. man99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, matched betting, or coordinated wagering — will have bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days from the date the bonus was credited. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the man99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or accessing multiple Accounts on the same Platform.

• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

13. Amendments to These Terms

man99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, man99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.4.

14. Governing Law
